What do you really want in life, Love or Hate?? Cause we have been down here for so long, and we tried, tried, try...but all we can do is hope for better days to come our way

about

this album was recorded from many different locations around the world in the year 2100 with a old Casio keyboard from 1990, a Cort electric bass, and a Boomerang phrase sampler with many short snippets of obscure music sampled throughout these all-original creations. All music recorded on a Roland VSR-880 digital multitrack recorder, sounds fancy eh? it's not. As of now this is ancient technology!

Each song has a slight description of what samples i used and what country the track is from.

"Namaste and Greetings great beings of Earth. You have opened a time capsule from the future. Inside awaits you a world of marvelous wonders and a life unimaginable to you as of now. This time capsule has arrived from - Mumbai, India 2100 AD. It has traveled extensively around the world, full circle from Shanghai to Tokyo to the US, Europe and Egypt and then back here to Mumbai, India where this last recording was made and then sent back to your time. Throughout this recording we graciously send you guidance from our time back to yours so heed our warnings please, but most importantly enjoy your trip to the future. Namaste"

Thanks to all the bright musicians from the past and all the many random samples from old Bollywood musical scores, Ananda and Ravi Shankar, Phillip Glass, Miles Davis, Mad Professor, Bunny Wailer, DJ Shadow, Karsh Kale, The Meters, Cowboy Bebop (Yoko Kanno), among a few others.

I'd like to thank my friends, the talented Chris Jacobelli for letting me borrow his Casio keyboard for several months to use for this recording and Matt Stires for letting me borrow his Boomerang phrase sampler at the time also. This album was recorded in Trenton, NJ on many sleepless nights during which i was recovering from a dislocated foot for 6 months.
